Procedure: 3.4 g (9.6 mmol) of 3-(N-tert-butyloxycarbonylaminomethyl)-1-benzhydryl azetidine was dissolved in 170 mL MeOH and hydrogenated over 0.30 g Pd(OH)2 at 5 MPa over night. The catalyst was filtered off and the solvent evaporated. The crude product was purified by flash chromatography using MeOH/CH2Cl2, 1/9, followed by MeOH (saturated with NH3 (g))/CH2Cl2, 1/9, as eluent to yield 1.2 g (67%) of the title compound. Procedure: {1-[2-(5,6-Dimethoxy-1-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)-1-(toluene-4-sulfonyl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrid-4-ylmethyl]azetidin-3-ylmethyl}carbamic acid tert-butyl ester is prepared as described in Example 200b starting with 0.14 g of 4-chloromethyl-2-(5,6-dimethoxy-1-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)-1-(toluene-4-sulfonyl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyridine and 0.123 g of azetidin-3-ylmethylcarbamic acid tert-butyl ester instead of the piperid-4-ol used in Example 200b. After purification by flash-pack chromatography (SiO2, dichloromethane/methanol 95/5 by volume as eluent), 0.154 g of {1-[2-(5,6-dimethoxy-1-methyl-1H-indol-3-yl)-1H-pyrrolo[2,3-b]pyrid-4-ylmethyl]azetidin-3-ylmethyl}carbamic acid tert-butyl ester is obtained, the characteristics of which are as follows: After purification by flash-pack chromatography (SiO2, dichloromethane/methanol 95/5 by volume as eluent)

Procedure: To a solution of 4′-fluoro-4-nitro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-3-amine (1.5 g, 6.46 mmol) in DCM (50 mL) were added triphosgene (1.917 g, 6.46 mmol) and TEA (8.5 g, 84 mmol) at 0° C. The reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for two hours. tert-butyl azetidin-3-ylmethylcarbamate (1.203 g, 6.46 mmol) was then added at 0° C. and the reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for four hours. The reaction crude was diluted with saturated citric acid solution and extracted with DCM. The organic layer was washed with water, brine, dried over Na2SO4, filtered and concentrated to yield crude residue which was purified by column chromatography eluting with 30% EtOAc in Hexane to afford tert-butyl((1-((4′-fluoro-4-nitro-[1,1′-biphenyl]-3-yl)carbamoyl)azetidin-3-yl)methyl)carbamate (2 g, 69.7% yield). the reaction mixture was stirred at room temperature for four hours The reaction crude extracted with DCM The organic layer was washed with water, brine dried over Na2SO4 filtered concentrated to yield crude residue which was purified by column chromatography eluting with 30% EtOAc in Hexane
