Procedure: 31 g of 1-Allyloxy-3-phenyl-7-nitro-naphthalene prepared in step (3) were gradually heated to 180° C. in 390 ml of decaline, the solution being stirred and maintained under nitrogen. The temperature of 180° C. was maintained for about 1 hour. After cooling, the crystals formed were washed with petroleum ether, filtered off and dried at 80° C. under reduced pressure. maintained under nitrogen After cooling the crystals formed were washed with petroleum ether filtered off dried at 80° C. under reduced pressure

Procedure: A mixture of 15 g of 4-chloro-1,2-dinitrobenzene, 10 g of 4-isopropylaniline and 25 ml of Decaline® is refluxed for 15 hours. The reaction mixture is concentrated under 0.01 mm Hg, the residue is taken up with water, extracted with ether, washed with a 1N solution of HCl and with water and dried over Na2SO4 and the solvent is evaporated off under vacuum. The residue is chromatographed on silica using iso ether as the eluent to give 13 g of the expected product, which is used as such in the next step. is refluxed for 15 hours The reaction mixture is concentrated under 0.01 mm Hg extracted with ether washed with a 1N solution of HCl and with water dried over Na2SO4 the solvent is evaporated off under vacuum The residue is chromatographed on silica using iso ether as the eluent

Procedure: To a mixture of 301 mg (purity: 100%; 1.82 mmol) of 4-hydroxy-3,6-dichloropyridazine and 827 mg (5.49 mmol) of 2-cyclopropyl-6-methylphenol were added decalin (2.76 g) and 326 mg (5.53 mmol) of 95% potassium hydroxide at room temperature. The resultant mixture was heated to 180° C. while stirring, and stirred at that temperature for 4 hours. Then, the resultant reaction mixture was cooled to room temperature, and a 1 N aqueous hydrochloric acid solution and methanol were added to the reaction mixture to obtain a uniform solution. The obtained solution was quantitatively determined by an HPLC internal standard analysis method, which showed that 348 mg of 6-chloro-3-(2-cyclopropyl-6-methylphenoxy)-4-pyridazinol (yield: 69%) and 1.8 mg of 3-chloro-6-(2-cyclopropyl-6-methylphenoxy)-4-pyridazinol (yield: 0.4%) were obtained. stirred at that temperature for 4 hours Then, the resultant reaction mixture to obtain a uniform solution

Procedure: Except for changing the amount of the styrene from 150 parts to 100 parts and not using sodium dodecyl benzenesulfonate when performing the polymerization, the same procedure was followed as in Example 6 to obtain a decalin dispersion of the polymer particles J which do not have a core-shell structure. The obtained polymer particles J had an average particle size of 500 nm. Further, except for using the obtained decalin dispersion of polymer particles J not having a core-shell structure, the same procedure was followed as in Example 1 to prepare the slurries and produce the all-solid state secondary cell and the same procedure was followed as in Example 1 to evaluate it. The results are shown in Table 1. the polymerization
