Procedure: In the same apparatus and procedures as Example 6 were reacted 10.6 g (0.051 mol) of (α-chloroethyl)trichlorosilane and 26 ml of 4-fluorophenylmagnesiumbromide (2.0 M in diethylether) to give (α-chloroethyl)dichloro(4-fluorophenyl) silane.
