Procedure: The title compound was prepared from 5-fluoro-2-methoxybenzoyl chloride, 2-amino-4-bromobenzonitrile, (S)-3-amino-piperidine-1-carboxylic acid tert-butyl ester and tert-butyl 4-(4,4,5,5-tetramethyl-1,3,2-dioxaborolan-2-yl)-1H-pyrazole-1-carboxylate using methods analogous to those described in Synthesis 72. those described in Synthesis 72
