Procedure: 5.2 g of 2,4'-dichloro-3'-sulfamoylacetophenone and 2.5 g of 1,3-diallyl-thiourea were reacted according to the prescription given in Example 12, the end product was precipitated with diisopropyl ether and the oil obtained was crystallized with diethyl ether/ethyl acetate (1:1). the end product was precipitated with diisopropyl ether the oil obtained was crystallized with diethyl ether/ethyl acetate (1:1)

Procedure: 1.56 g of N,N'-bis(allyl)thiourea, 2.4 g of triethylamine and 3.07 g of 2-chloro-1-methylpyridinium iodide are reacted in 40 ml of acetonitrile and the reaction mixture is worked up as described in Example 4. Procedure: 2-Chloro-3-methylquinoxaline (3.56 g., 0.02 mole) was dissolved in 50 ml. of methanol, treated with Norit and filtered. The filtrate was added to 3.125 g. (0.02 mole) of 1,3-diallylthiourea in 50 ml. of methanol. The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 31/2 hours, then freed of solvent. Acetone was added to the residue and the solution again freed of solvent. The residue was triturated with ether and with acetone, filtered, washed and dried to give 4.12 g. (61.5% yield), m.p. 90°-93° C. filtered The filtrate was added to 3.125 g The residue was triturated with ether and with acetone filtered washed dried to give 4.12 g
