Procedure: Analogously to Example 4, by the reaction of 2,3-dibromopropionitrile with O-(3-fluorobenzyl)-hydroxylamine, there is obtained 2-cyano-1-(3-fluorobenzyloxy)-aziridine (see Example 4d). The two invertomers can be separated by column chromatographic separation on silica gel (elution agent diethyl ether/ligroin 1/1 v/v) to give:
