Procedure: 2 mmol of 1,4-dithiane was dissolved in 8 ml of tetrahydrofuran at 0° C., and about 2 mmol of methyltrifluoromethane sulfonate was slowly dripped to the mixture. After 20 minutes a white solid product was obtained in a salt form.
