Procedure: To a mixture of 4-(8-(6-(2-methylpyrrolidin-1-yl)pyridin-2-ylamino)imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazin-6-yl)phenol (40 mg, 0.1 mmol) and K2CO3 (28 mg, 0.2 mmol) in DMF (5 mL) was added 2-(piperidin-1-yl)ethyl methanesulfonate (25 mg, 0.12 mmol). The mixture was heated at 50° C. for 16 h. After cooling, the mixture was poured into water and extracted with EtOAc (3×10 mL). The combined organic layers were washed with brine, dried over MgSO4, filtered and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by chromatography (silica, EtOAc) to give N-(6-(2-Methylpyrrolidin-1-yl)pyridin-2-yl)-6-(4-(2-morpholinoethoxy)phenyl)imidazo[1,2-b]pyridazin-8-amine (40 mg, 80%). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3): δ 8.63 (s, 1H), 8.05-7.90 (m, 4 h), 7.57 (s, 1H), 7.42 (t, 1H, J=8.0 Hz), 7.04-7.01 (m, 2H), 6.22 (d, 1H, J=7.5 Hz), 6.04 (d, 1H, J=8.4 Hz), 4.30-4.19 (m, 3H), 3.80-3.77 (m, 4 h), 3.70-3.64 (m, 1H), 3.51-3.48 (m, 1H), 2.87 (t, 2H, J=5.7 Hz), 2.65-2.62 (m, 4 h), 2.17-2.05 (m, 3H), 1.78 (brs, 1H), 1.26 (d, 3H, J=6.3 Hz).
