Procedure: To the product of Example 126A (0.20 g, 1.1 mmol) in 35 mL THF at 0° C. was added Et3N (0.37 mL, 2.7 mmol) followed by 5-chloro-2-trifluoromethyl-benzoyl chloride (Matrix, 0.26 g, 1.3 mmol) in 5 mL THF dropwise via syringe. This mixture was stirred at ambient temperature for 1 hour then was warmed to reflux and allowed to stir for 8 hours. The mixture was then cooled to ambient temperature and filtered. The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure and the residue was purified via flash column chromatography (SiO2, 4:1 hexanes:EtOAc) to provide the title compound (0.23 g, 0.57 mmol, 53% yield). 1H NMR (300 MHz, CDCl3) δ ppm 2.26 (s, 3H), 2.28 (s, 3H), 3.30 (s, 3H), 3.71 (t, J=4.9 Hz, 2H), 4.36 (t, J=4.9 Hz, 2H), 7.45 (ddd, J=8.5, 2.0, 0.7 Hz, 1H), 7.64 (d, J=8.5 Hz, 1H), 7.84 (d, J=2.0 Hz, 1H); MS (DCI/NH3) m/z 393 (M+H)+; Anal. calculated for C16H16ClF3N2O2S: C, 48.92; H, 4.11; N, 7.13. Found: C, 48.66; H, 3.81; N, 7.01. then was warmed to reflux to stir for 8 hours The mixture was then cooled to ambient temperature filtered The filtrate was concentrated under reduced pressure the residue was purified via flash column chromatography (SiO2, 4:1 hexanes:EtOAc)
