Intermediate 49 was characterized by the following spectroscopic data: 1H NMR (DMSO-d6, 300 MHz) δ (ppm) 7.47 (m, 5H), 6.76 (t, 1H), 5.09 (s, 2H), 4.51 (m, 1H), 3.68 (s, 3H), 3.18 (m, 2H), 1.90 (m, 2H), 1.55 (m, 2H), 1.38 (s, 9H), 1.25 (m, 2H).
