Procedure: 379 mg of the target compound (1.01 mmol, 32.5%) was obtained using 1-(2-methoxyphenyl)piperazine (1.2 g, 6.20 mmol), 2′-fluorobiphenyl-2-carbaldehyde (620 mg, 3.10 mmol) and NaBH(OAc)3 (2.0 g, 9.30 mmol) according to the synthesis method of Compound 1.
