Procedure: A solution of 0.46 g of trans-1,2-diaminocyclohexane in 10 ml of THF was added to a solution of 1.6 g of 2-chloro-6-trifluoromethylphenyl isocyanate in 30 ml of THF, and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for about 3 hours. The mixture was allowed to stand overnight and the solvent was then distilled off, giving 0.57 g of the desired compound as a semi-solid yellow product. to stand overnight the solvent was then distilled off
