Procedure: To a stirred room temperature solution of 6-bromo-1-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-1H-indazole-4-carboxylic acid (0.25 g, 0.70 mmol) in DMF (15 mL) was added PyBOP (0.45 g, 0.90 mmol) and triethylamine (0.20 g, 1.6 mmol). After 15 minutes, 4-aminomethyl-N-methyl-benzenesulfonamide (0.15 g, 0.7 mmol) was added. After 5 hours, the reaction was quenched with water (30 mL), and extracted with ethyl acetate (30 mL). The combined organic layers were washed with brine (30 mL) and dried over sodium sulfate and concentrated in vacuo. The residue was purified by silica gel chromatography eluting with a gradient of 30-50% ethyl acetate in hexanes to afford the title compound. After 5 hours the reaction was quenched with water (30 mL) extracted with ethyl acetate (30 mL) The combined organic layers were washed with brine (30 mL) dried over sodium sulfate concentrated in vacuo The residue was purified by silica gel chromatography eluting with a gradient of 30-50% ethyl acetate in hexanes

Procedure: To a stirred solution of 1-(4-fluoro-phenyl)-1H-indazole-4-carboxylic acid (0.05 g, 0.2 mmol) in DMF (10 mL) was added PyBOP (0.14 g, 0.30 mmol) and triethylamine (0.07 g, 0.6 mmol) at room temperature. After 15 minutes, 4-aminomethyl-N-methyl-benzenesulfonamide (0.04 g, 0.2 mmol) was added. After 5 hours, the mixture was quenched with water (30 mL) and diluted with ethyl acetate (30 mL). The organic layer was separated, washed with brine (30 mL), dried over sodium sulfate, filtered and concentrated. The residue was purified by silica gel chromatography eluting with a gradient of 0-30% ethyl acetate in hexanes to afford the title compound.
