Procedure: The title compound was prepared in a manner similar to Example 303 using 6-(4-(4-cyano-3-fluoro-2-methylphenyl)-5-hydroxy-1H-pyrazol-1-yl)nicotinic acid and (S)-1-isopropyl-2-methylpiperazine. 1H NMR (400 MHz, DMSO-d6) δ ppm 1.02-1.50 (m, 9 H) 2.33 (d, J=2.53 Hz, 3 H) 2.88-3.64 (m, 5 H) 3.89 (br. s., 2 H) 4.22-4.92 (m, 1 H) 7.53-7.69 (m, 1 H) 7.70-7.79 (m, 1 H) 7.84-8.79 (m, 4 H) 9.49-10.25 (m, 1 H). ESI-MS m/z [M+H]+ 463.3.
