Procedure: To a solution of 1 (250 mg, 0.9 mmol) in 20 mL of DCM were added tert-butyl [(2R)-1-hydrazinyl-1-oxopropan-2-yl]carbamate 274 (275 mg, 1.35 mmol), HOBt (183 mg 1.35 mmol), DMAP (162 mg, 1.35 mmol) and EDCI (260 mg, 1.35 mmol). The mixture was stirred at room temperature for 48 h and purified by column to afford compound 275 as foam (400 mg, 95%). purified by column
