Procedure: 200 mg (0.53 mmol) of 1-[4-(5,5,8,8-tetramethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydronaphthalen-2-yl)thiazol-2-yl]piperazine were dissolved in 5 ml of NMP, 235 μl (1.06 mmol) of 2-(3-chloropropyl)malonic acid diethyl ester and 220 μl (1.59 mmol) of triethylamine were added, and the mixture was stirred at 100° C. overnight. The reaction mixture was evaporated to dryness and purified by means of preparative HPLC. The product is in the form of the TFA salt. Procedure: The preparation was carried out analogously as described above starting from 200 mg (0.53 mmol) of 1-[4-(5,5,8,8-tetramethyl-5,6,7,8-tetrahydronaphthalen-2-yl)thiazol-2-yl]piperazine and 234 μl (0.1.06 mmol) of 2-(3-chloropropyl)malonic acid diethyl ester and subsequent reduction using lithium aluminium hydride prepared.
