Procedure: tert-Butyl 4-azaspiro[2.4]heptane-4-carboxylate (Compound 11-1) (0.75 g, 3.80 mmol) and TFA (3 mL) were added in DCM (10 mL) and the mixture was stirred at room temperature for 1 hour and concentrated to give Compound 11-2 (800 mg, 99.6%) as a yellow oil. concentrated
